This Shipping Policy outlines how we deliver your order across the United Kingdom.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to:

England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland

Isle of Man & Channel Islands
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We are a proudly UK-based boutique and are focused on serving our local community with care and consistency.
2. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Orders placed after 1pm may be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Options & Costs
Delivery is calculated at checkout and prices vary accordingly.
Please note that during peak times (e.g. holidays), delivery times may be slightly extended.
4. Packaging & Gifting
Every order is beautifully and securely packaged in our signature packaging. If your purchase is a gift, let us know at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten note or gift wrap at no additional charge.
5. Tracking & Delivery Partners
All parcels are fully tracked. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
We currently partner with:

Evri (Hermes) for occasional parcel services, where appropriate
6. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

Allow up to 10 full business days before reporting a UK parcel as missing

7. Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our Returns Policy for information on how to make a return or request an exchange. Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges of earrings or engagement rings.

Have a delivery preference, need discreet packaging, or want to time your parcel for a special occasion? We’re happy to accommodate where possible.
