Refund Policy

At Aurilah Jewellery Ltd, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Each piece is curated with care — and while we hope you adore your jewellery, we understand there may be rare occasions where you need to request a return.
Please read our policy carefully before ordering, as some items are non-returnable for hygiene and ethical reasons.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:

The item arrives damaged or faulty

You receive the wrong item

The item is eligible for return under our policy (see exclusions below)
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and in original condition

Returned in their original packaging

Requested within 14 days of delivery
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or misuse.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and ethical reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Earrings (including all styles of studs, hoops, and drop earrings)

Engagement rings (including bespoke, limited edition, and one-off designs)
We take your safety and peace of mind seriously — which is why we cannot accept returns on intimate jewellery items that may have been worn or tried on.
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved:

You will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Postage costs will only be refunded if the item was damaged, faulty, or sent in error.
Please email jewellery@aurilah.co.uk before returning any item so we can approve the request and issue return instructions.
4. Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for lost return parcels.
Returns should be sent to our UK address (provided upon approval of your return request).
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will prioritise a resolution and offer a refund or replacement.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original (where eligible).

8. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to:
