All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

5. Order Acceptance

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. This does not signify acceptance of your order.

Your order is only accepted once we have:

  • Reviewed and processed it

  • Dispatched the item(s)

  • Sent a second email confirming dispatch

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full information.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Earrings

  • Engagement rings

These items are excluded due to hygiene and ethical considerations unless proven faulty or sent in error.
